At Växthuset we are passionate about taking plant-based food to new heights. Our food is guided by the seasons as we aim to serve the best ingredients available from local producers, some even foraged from Stockholm’s surrounding areas. We work with Nordic preservation techniques such as pickling and fermenting to make the most of our produce and to ensure there is as little waste as possible.

To accompany our food, we offer a selection of natural and biodynamic wines hand selected by importers who source from boutique producers within Europe. We also serve craft beers, spirits and a wide range of non-alcoholic beverages, all local, of course. Our beverages also change with the seasons as we expertly match them with our tasting menu to compliment the flavours and offer a memorable drinking experience.
